THE BACK STORY 

TITLE: WE ALL BLEED THE SAME

          With an old torn found canvas that was already painted black, I decided to pour a small can of Rust-oleum Cherry Red across the canvas.  While the paint was dry, some of the paint began to drip on the ground.  Once dry, I slowly peeled the paint off the ground, allowing it to remain attached to the canvas.  This particular piece was created at the height of “unrest” during the national episode “Black Lives Matter”.
